The beauty of tools like WordPress and WYSIWYG editors is that you don’t need to spend hours on end making changes to your website. In a few quick clicks, I was able to remove all my Sales and Booking pages and put my blog front and centre. And now here I am writing my first blog post after months of prolonged silence.
So, I guess I’ve answered the question posed by the title of this blog huh? Well, not quite. Let me explain.
I spent majority of my 2024 adjusting to life in a new country and healing from the trauma that comes with too much change happening at once. I paused from coaching (a painful decision) and spent my time only working with a handful of women until I could get down to zero. I closed down my business, “Nouriched Health Coaching Ltd.” back home, resigned my 9-5 and then sat obediently in what the Lord was calling me to: grief.
What No one tells you about Grief
I grieved all I left behind and sat silently before the Lord for direction for me and my family. It was the pivot He intended for me.
Grief doesn’t always wear the heavy cloak we expect—those heart-wrenching moments often painted with ice cream and tears. Sometimes, it appears differently, like a gentle hush in the chaos of life. In fact, I found myself moving through the days, not drowning in despair but simply pausing, reflecting, and waiting with an open heart.
What often goes unsaid is the comforting reality that, on this journey, you can feel God’s hand guiding you, offering strength as you sift through the layers of sorrow. It’s a tender reminder that you’re not alone—His grace walks beside you, helping you process the depths of your feelings.
And take heart: grief is not an endless shadow. It has a beginning, a middle, and yes, a conclusion. In time, the storm eventually calms, and light breaks through once again, inviting hope and new beginnings.
So 2025?
Truth be told, I’m embracing the uncertainty around Nouriched, yet I feel a deep calling to share my journey—the ups, downs, and everything in between—about embracing a sustainable lifestyle. So here’s my plan: I’ll pop in every now and then to pour out what’s stirring in my heart, via this blog.
Now, about the PCOS Pivot Program and my other coaching offerings—I’m confident they’ll make a vibrant return! I’m thrilled to see how my journey of coaching women will evolve. Nouriched is one of my dreams, a beautiful creation that has blossomed abundantly. Sometimes, we just have to trust the gentle nudge of our intuition and step boldly into the unknown. And for now, blogging is a “yes”; coaching is a “not yet”.
